Cobblestone Owners Association is a nonprofit corporation formed under Section 504 of the Iowa Code. All Declarations and amendments thereto, including the Association Bylaws, are filed with the Polk County Recorder in Des Moines, Iowa.
The Board of Directors has the sole authority to adopt Rules & Regulations and Architectural & Landscape standards, not inconsistent with the Association's Declaration and Bylaws, which are published below for all owners and residents.
