Landscaping Change Request
Owners wishing to make changes to the landscape plantings, beds, and trees within their Lot are required to submit this form and gain prior approval from the Board of Directors.  Please review Board adopted Landscape Guide HERE!
 
Architectural Request
Owners wishing to make changes to the exterior of the buildings, decks, concrete, etc. within their Lot are required to submit a written request submitting plans and contractors.  Please complete form and send with building and site plans to Community Manager Jeff Westendorf.  Please review Board adopted Architectural Standards HERE!
 
ACH Authorization Form
Monthly dues can be paid from a checking or savings account on the 5th of each month by using this form to sign-up.  Submit the completed form to Community Manager Jeff Westendorf.
 
Receipt of Association Documents by Buyers
Sellers and closers should submit the attached form to West Property Management in order to obtain a Certificate of Unpaid Dues & Assessments to facilitate a real estate closing.
